I would like to hear from some one who has had frenulum breve and has managed to fix it using stretching alone. I have done a lot of research on the subject and I have yet to read one account of some one who succeeded. I have ferenulum breve and I have been stretching it on and off for the past two months and made little to no progress. If any one has done it, how long did it take? what technique did you use? Did steroid cream help? I would just like to know if I'm wasting my time and should go for a frenuloplasty.

Not a waste of time

Take a little time each day to go back over the archives. You should be able to find several accounts of successful progress. One problem in finding the entire process taken to completion is that the successful men tend not to come back here once they've found a solution and begin to see progress.

Tell me what you are doing and the frequency of your exercises. Yes, betamethasone would help.

Yes. earlier i couldnt even open it. Litle by little, it is easy now. Just dont stop. What i found works the best is to open the foreskin while inerect, then hold it that way and let it erect. It may hurt, don't do it too hard, but it will give results.
