tight frenulum

hi, i have been trying to stretch the frenulum for a long time, i am not sure if i am doing it properly. the frenulum is tight right at the joining of the penis and the foreskin, which means when i pull the foreskin back,the frenulum pulls the penis bach with it. im not sure how to stretch this specific area? any suggestions or directions to diagrams would be great. Do this often throughout the day, and decicate two ten minute sessions as well.

May possibly be some confusion here.

Just to be clear, the frænulum is the web-like structure underneath the head of the penis, demonstrated in this 33-11c.jpg illustration.

Please do explain just what you have been doing to try to stretch this so far. Also, do you still have problems with the tightness of the foreskin opening?
