Skin cells need time to grow. There is not a way to predict the time it will take. A guess might put it at two weeks to two months, but there are many variables. What's the hurry?

it would be criminal not to be using a condom, and a condom very effectively prevents forcible drag on the foreskin which does not - contrary to the common but ignorant instructions provided - need to be retracted to apply the condom.

Speaking of "drag", you need to have lubrication on the outside of the condom, not the inside (though your own natural pre-ejaculatory secretions will provide this quite effectively anyway). Optimally your lady will be profusely wet by the time you are ready to enter her - and I trust the "level" at which you presently are, involves being familiar with her sexual responses so that you routinely experience her becoming wet and stroking her to orgasm, because vaginal intercourse in itself is unlikely to achieve that. You might however be advised to have some "artificial" lubricant ready at hand.

Finally, I hope you either have or will involve her in your exercises to achieve easy retraction.
