Where to start?

I have a tight foreskin, that much I know. While I read through the posts here, most of them say, "you must read through this site and gather the information you need" or something along those lines. But I'm finding it hard to find content that deals specifically with what I need, so if someone could just point me in the right direction, that would be brilliant.

This isn't a picture of myself, one I found on the net. When flaccid, I retract okay. When erect and I retract the foreskin, my penis looks something like the second and third (somewhere in between) images on the bottom of this picture.
Thanks a million for any help, it really is much appreciated.

You missed this one

Since you have enough room in the opening to get two fingers inside, you may start with this:

Hi Jim,
The link you gave sends me straight back to my original message, I'm assuming you meant to link me this one which I find here a lot?http://pages.suddenlink.net/manual_methods/phimosis.html

If this is the technique I should be using, I have a question; where exactly should I be feeling the tension from the stretching?
1.)The fingers are insider the foreskin, about a cm down, should I feel it there at the tips of the fingers? 2.)The foreskin is also stretched out from the glans (upwards), should I feel the tension there? (along the length of the foreskin)
3.)or should I feel it outwards at the opening of the foreskin?

Again thanks a million Jim, much appreciated.

I thought I had done that. Oh well, you found it.

Yes, do it. If you're sticking your fingers inside, you'll not miss the right spot. You may feel a ring imbedded in the skin. That's the tight ring of which we speak. You really can't make an error.

At the beginning.

Those pictures do not show the underneath of the penis. If your foreskin can slip just over the corona (back of the glans) but no further, then the frćnulum is likely limiting it.

The specific advice you need is frequently repeated. You need to perform both the stretching procedures we detail, the one (or ones) for stretching the foreskin opening, and the one for stretching the frćnulum, which tends to require more time and dedication, but is relatively easy to actually do.

Interestingly, the advice is almost always the same - simply because the problem is actually, almost always the same. wink.gif
