Am I doing something wrong?

I can only pull down my foreskin a little below the meatus without it feeling slightly uncomfortable/pressure both erect and flaccid. For the past 2-3 weeks I've been trying to do the stretches you post. I place both of my thumbs in the foreskin, then i pull it to the sides for about 60 seconds, for about 10 mins, once per day. I haven't seen any significant difference since i started. Is this because i should stretch more?

Twice per day is the minimum we suggest. If there is more, the odds are better. The reason is that the skin must get the message that growth is needed. When you persist frequently, you are not allowing the cells to revert to their former proximity to each other. The frequently applied tension keeps them pulled apart, eventually encouraging new cells to form.

Sometimes, the presence of yeast prevents progress. If there is any cracking, treat for yeast.

Why the 60 seconds?

Resting each minute is not what we have ever advised. Where did you get that idea?

In order to get the body to respond optimally, you want to stretch consistently for as long as possible; if you are spending ten minutes doing it, then maybe you should aim to hold for five minutes at a time, only resting your fingers if you absolutely have to. Resting the fingers against each other whilst you lever them apart, or wedging more fingers (as many as you can) inside at once, will make this easier. It should be enough pressure to be uncomfortable.

If there is a limit when you have just got the foreskin to pass over the glans, and particularly that you specify a restriction below the meatus, suggests that you need to do the frænulum stretching as a priority.
