Ok so I've been stretching on and off for about 3 months with some good results (pulling back a qaurter or the way was painful) now I can go about 3/4 without much pain, just a stinging feeling. Three things are hindering my progress,
I'm afraid to pull back any farther so the skin goes behind the head; tried a couple of times but its a bit tight around the head,
second one being that I can't get a good grip on the foreskin;
it keeps on sliping under the presure and I've done only two techniques:
pulling apart like a chip bag both vertical and horizontal.
The third one is when I pull back as far as I can, and then let it go back
A small "ring" appears where the skin was, what does this mean?
Sorry for the weird format, I'm doing thid from my phone because I'm a bit embarrased to post this from my computer
I would greatly appreciate the help, and if anyone wonders I am 20 yeart
I don't mean just one post with that name, I mean read lots - even a hundred or so - threads.
The "chip bag" is merely a preliminary to getting two fingers inside to stretch, pulling back is something to be done very gently and not (despite Geoff B's fine advice elsewhere) really an effective means to stretch, but merely as a test for success.
And you need to do the frænulum stretch.
The temporary "ring" is the same as the mark left on your leg by a garter after wearing for a while (or more impressively, the marks on a lady's chest when she removes her bra).
If you are directly watched at your computer, I can see a point of embarrassment. Otherwise, if you use Firefox (can't speak for Chrome) then you can use either "private browsing" mode temporarily turned on - all disappears when you turn it off - or simply DELete the "History" events for this site one at a time, so that the other sites you have visited, are still there.
