I am(26yrs) an Civil Engineer by profession. My job requires me to stand and walk for long durations and on some occasions the whole day. I do masturbations often. The problem is that if I had a heavy orgasm or did twice on a single day, then I feel weak at my knees. I find it difficult to stand for long hours and my knees feel like buckling. On the days that I donot do masturbation, this problem does not arise. Should I limit my masturbations to once a week. What is the problem here. Do all males experience this.
Also I have a phimosis problem.I have read many posts and has been immensely helpfull. Have started the exercises a week back. Thanks for the tips and suggestions and I will be posting on my progress.

We generally deal only with tight foreskins here.

of masturbation (as you well may) which involves "enhancing" to accelerate your stimulation of stroking your penis by squatting down and slowly standing up again one or more times or standing in an awkward posture such as tensing your inside thigh muscles, I can only relate your experience to the normal relaxing effects of masturbation.

Walking sounds like excellent exercise. Perhaps you should also undertake a more specific daily exercise program involving squats, sit-ups and other gluteal and knee exercises. While in the short term such exercise causes fatigue, the end result is to condition the muscles to fatigue less.
