hello sir
when i was young , i didn t have any knowledge about foreskin or retraction until when i saw my friend who could retract his foreskin full , i also tried to do but i was unsuccessful , i didnt make much efforts so i forgot it as i thought different people have different types of foreskin and i thought i am normal coz i was able to pee and masturbate without any problem ,
the problem has arised now , now i am 19 , and i have a girlfriend ,we use to make out alot , i didnt have any problem in ******* or blowjob ,then we decided to have sex , we had unprotected sex , it was my first time to have sex without condom , while having sex my foreskin stuck behind the glans , i guess it is called paraphimosis it was very difficult to take out but again when its erect it again stuck behind the glans , i then rushed to washroom and put water and pull it up , when i came home i searched on internet alot , then i got ur site , i found it very helpful , now i am practicing these stretching exercises but the problem is , first , i can retract my foreskin full when its flaccid but its very difficult to retract when its erect , when its retracted it gets stuck behind the glans so i ve to pull it up ,
secondly when i m doing these exercises till how much depth do i have to take my index finger ,
do i need to do frænulum exercises too?
thirdly my foreskin is attached to something so do we need to break that link for fully retraction , i am confused
thanks
your responses would be much appreciated
In all situations, you must remain in control. That goes for figuring this out. Paul and I cannot be there with you, so what is said here in general terms must be converted by you to work for your individual peculiarity. Do with your fingers whatever you must in order to create tension on the opening.
You may need frenulum lengthening as well as opening enlargment. Yes, work on the frenulum.
Do you know what the frenulum is? Is that the attachment?
thankyou sir ,
yes i think i know what is frenulum , it is the attachment between the head of the penis and the foreskin,
does it help in pulling foreskin back over the head of the penis ?
Take particular note of how to get your two finger tips fully inside the foreskin opening - with a flaccid penis as far as practical - and stretch. This will be the main thing to practice.
You probably do need to do the frænulum stretches as well.
If you can retract easily enough when flaccid, then if your foreskin gets caught - "paraphimosis" - when erect, then you simply need to "lose" the erection to get it forward again. As you stretch this will of course get much easier to do until it is no problem at all.
Why did you have unprotected sex? Planning on fatherhood? Seriously?
thanks paul ,
fatherhood , no not at all i m just 19 , it happened unintenionally, we promised not to have sex so i didn t carry condoms , but i don t know what happened we end up having it ,
anyway , i ve read many threads , and ive gained alot of kmowledge , but
''Take particular note of how to get your two finger tips fully inside the foreskin opening - with a flaccid penis as far as practical - and stretch."
does fully inside means skin touching the glans , if its that then i think its difficult because i don t think i ll get enough space there and my glans are a lil sensitive so they may hurt , sir can u plz explain
thanks alot

I hope I do not really need to educate you on how it only need take one act of unprotected intercourse to result in pregnancy, notwithstanding whether or not you "intended" it.
Unfortunately the diagram (as distinct from a photograph) Jim uses here for reference, suggests you only need to get your fingertips just into the tight part. In practice (and the fellow who drew it had an entirely different problem himself), you do need to get your fingertips fully into the space under the foreskin and beside your glans - simply to avoid them slipping out.
That need not be a problem (with a sensitive glans as no doubt it is and should be) if you use just a touch of lubricant on the fingertips especially on whichever side is likely to touch the glans and as you get those fingertips fully in, you move the foreskin (the part of which is alongside the glans, being nowhere near as tight as the narrow ring) away from the glans so that there is space between the glans and your fingers. In fact, there is no harm in stretching that part a little wider and also pulling it and the tight part forward away from your body.
thanks alot paul, ur doing a great job
i m doing the same what ur saying ,and in 2 days i m getting good results ,my foreskin is getting flexible , it is now easier to retract ,
i m sorry but i have one silly doubt , i am stretching my foreskin from all sides but i can t really make out which is tight part of my foreskin , how can i find out ?
thanks
