Please read carefully back through many posts. When you say "Not even a finger fits in it", you need to have understood my descriptions of "funnelling" the foreskin forward in order to actually get the fingertip in the tight part. If indeed, you little finger tip (with well clipped and smoothed nail) will then fit, a smaller object such as a completely smooth pen cap can be used - with lubrication - to stretch, but you must understand how to perform the "funnel" manoeuvre first, to do any of this.

Please explain in detail how you have attempted this.

If you work by the illustration we frequently post here, you do need a firm grip on the foreskin using a thumb and forefinger "pinch" on each hand.

You should then be able to manoeuvre the little finger sliding down the "funnel". Use a touch of lubricant.
