OK I thought it was because I"m such an attentive Mom...etc etc..until I found out how he REALLY learned counting (and wondered why it was always backwards).
sigh On the Nickelodean show "I Carly" the opening sequence has a 3-2-1 countdown because the show's about a teen webshow and the antics of the people who do it and before going live they count down. Yep..he rushes over to countdown with it once he realizes this is on. Clever huh?
I'll be driving down the road or what not and I'll hear "feeeee, tewwwwwwwww, ahhhhhhhnnnnn" the stinker doodle!! So now while driving I hold up my fingers and count off to 5. of course he shows me up and goes on to seeeeeees seeEEeeen he is SO ready for preschool...only I'm not.
