You are right. As a group we are apathetic. As a group we did not stand up to be counted when the monstrous evil of marine parks, where we cannot go fishing, was inflicted upon us.

Mind you. This is not the end of it; it is only the beginning of our loss of civil rights in this country.

History has shown that oppression begins with marginalized, and poorly represented groups, then spreads to other areas, first with stealth, but then openly and aggressively. That stage has yet to come.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. Too few of us were vigilant.
