We will be holding elections for officers positions, if there is anyone who is interested in running please contact one of the clubs present officers or email the club through their website. To be eligble for voting rights you must have been a paid member for one year.
There will also be discussions regarding the 2006 show dates, judges, treasury report, and any topics that need to be addressed. Memberships will be due for the upcoming show season.
If you are planning to attend please respond to this so we can get a head count and if there are any issues that you feel that need to be addressed please let us know so we can add them to the agenda.
