I dont buy that one Historian, if you look back Crenshaw used a dog named Colby's Rusty a lot. Rusty was a littermate to Sarge I believe. He also bred dogs down from CH Texas. All down from dime which would explain why they go so well with redboy...basically loose family breeding. Now if you believe Redboy was an old family dog Crenshaw also used a good concentration of lighter blood through citation and that will still explain why they blend well together. If you listen to the Crenshaw video even he didn't believe Redboy was a Colby dog. He said all Teals dogs were white back then but he could be wrong like others.
