Hi gals!! Hope everyone is having a great week so far.

I need to have info about peri-menopause,,,I know,,,not a subject well liked here and understandable.

I have regular AF's. Last April, one year ago I started doing herbs..False Unicorn Root, Red Clover, Vitex, pre-natal, extra folic acid and a baby aspirin and a little maca thrown in now and then. A couple of times I have taken clomid and for that cycle stopped the herbs. I took three days of clomid in March of this year and stopped the herbs for two cycles. I have been back on them everyday this cycle which started May 12th after a very short AF.
Now,the first time I started the herbs I had no breakthrough bleeding, just felt great and my AF"s became bright red and flowing nicely. I fell pg in June, but m/c in July.

Now, this cycle I had AF for only about two days. Heavy flow and a little clotty. Then I started the herbs after AF started.
Last week about the 25th of May I started getting itchy, from my head all the way to my toes..I thought ohhhhhhh allergies and just dealt with it. Then it got worse and I started eating like I was going to get my AF, also some mild cramping like AF was a coming. The itching has subsided and the cravings have also. But, yesterday I spotted in the am brown stuff and then a little more during the day. This morning the same thing,,,just a little and brown. For me to be itchy during O or before AF is not uncommon and I attribute that to hormones. But, to have spotting this early is very unusual for me.

My question is how will I know when I start peri-menopause and is there a test for it???? I know it is going to happen and I would like to know how to deal with it.

I have no real pg symptoms..boobs are not sore and I am just the ususal after O tummy upset. The only thing going on is temps and cramping and now the spotting. So, I feel pretty sure I would not be pg...Although..we did bd during the FULL MOON. And I did feel the force this time...hehehehhe

Now, ok back to the subject..peri-meno...Could I be starting it?

Thanks for reading my book this morning,

Love to all,
Debbie on the farm, who will be roto-tilling today!!!!
