Fertilaid contains a prenatal vitamin source as well as Red Clover, Siberian Ginseng, Vitex, and Ginko Biloba. I am going to stop taking it today, I was already leaning in that direction anyway.
I have some natural progesterone cream, should I use it for 10 days and see what happens? The normal dosage use is 1/4 to 1/2 tsp 2x a day, do you think I should just follow that dosage? Thanks so much.
