can do a trigger shot. This forces ovulation at the correct time and allows for timing of the IUI (done 36 hours after trigger). You already have two mature follicles and I wouldn't want to see that 23mm one get too much bigger. I am suprised they did not suggest a trigger shot today rather than waiting. After having said that, often clinics do not do trigger shots on clomid cycles because they are 'low cost' cycles but if you are also paying for the IUI I would do a trigger.
