You don't know what happened and neither do I - it is pure speculation. However, I do feel a bit sad when I read your post about how if we just think positively then to quote you directly 'we can all have a baby if we stop buying into the negativity'.
How is that going to stop my next miscarriage??? Why haven't I had a baby yet then if that is the answer. So it IS all my fault after all... if only I'd been a bit more positive etc. etc.
