for me personally is to take some action. And given the time ticking away that's probably best for having a child as well. If you get involved in finding information, making and going to appointments, and doing the best you can to make you feel healthy and young, hopefully there will not be time to get so worried. Hang in there, get yourself evaluated, and make some decisions. I think all of this will help your mental outlook enormously.
