I am a 43 year old single mom who has been TTC over 1 year. My 3 day FSH is 8.35 with a good estradiol. I became pregnant twice in the past year with IUI but both pregnancies ended sadly, one with a D&C, one with a mc
I currently amon my 3rd stim cycle with follistim. The first at 225 IU follistim daily produced 6 good size follicles and estradiol over 1000. However BFN. The second stim cycle (same dose) only produced 3 follicles with lower estradiol. Again BFN
This is my 3rd stim cycle with the dose of follistim now doubled to 225 twice a day. I had U/S and estradiol today (CD8, after 6 days of follistim) I had one follicle 14.7 and many under 12. estradiol is low like 130. I would have assumed I would have been better by now particularly given the double dose
Does anyone know why I seem to be getting worse with each stim cycle? Is this a typical pattern All my labs, clomid challenge, blah, blah, blah are always great. My next U/S, estradiol are in two days
