IUI question for Pat! Are you out there?

Pat, my clinic always does two IUI's, one the next day after trigger and then the next day. They tell me that the second one is the most important one. I have used up all of my insurance-covered IUI's (6) and wanted to know if you think two is better than one or if we should just BD w/trigger and then wait 1 day and a half. My meds/us/bw are still covered so we're talking $261.00 (US) once or X2. Not a huge deal but have great response this cycle--6 to 8 follicles on each side about 14-18 in size (as usual but still haven't had positive outcome) Just wanted to know what you think, thanks--Jennifer.
