the saga continues. FSH on cd 2 21.5 (consistent high fsh) over past 17 mths. 3 antral on left and 2 on right, (one very very small).

Since I have done approx 11 IUI's and had one chemical on my second try (natural cycle) not sure what fsh was but between 17 and 21. Pursuing DE, Should I try this one very last time.

Any thoughts, suggestions, please. Go back to RE Friday CD 9 and will most likely do IUI Monday - if I decide to do it.

what do you have to lose, unless you don't have insurance for it. I guess after being on the this board for 9 months I have seen so many positive things happen so I would think positively and give it a shot!

hi i just did my 11th iui on 1/15 had 5 mature follicles my fsh is 8.3 im 43 years old my insurance does not cover ivf but i have unlimited iuis how stupid right. im not giving up so good luck and god bless

I wish you luck, what great fsh, I would love to have a number like that. I just turned 42. I cannot do IVF (insurance covers it) but I do not produce enough eggs to begin with (diminished ovarian reserve) so I just continue to hope for the "golden" one. I am single using ds.

I am trying to tell myself that I will not be soooooo disappointed if it does not work, since I am on the road to pursing de and adoption - so regardless I will have my baby.

Carol, as long as you have baseline follicles there is a chance..... are you going to do any meds this cycle?
What would hold you back from trying this cycle?
