Destro Conversion Question For Unitas

Can you "convert" a Unitas-based watch to a destro by simply having a watchmaker rotate the dial 180 degrees or is the dial "indexed" (or whatever the proper terminology is) so that it fits only one way? Please advise - Thanks in advance.
