It's funny. I have a stainless Rolex Daytona, and a stainless Panerai Daylight. The Rolex has a far better quality movement, than the 7750 (or any of the other current PAM movements), but IMHO I prefer the feel of the Panerai, I prefer the history, I prefer the looks, I prefer having the date, and I prefer the comradery of the PAM community. My Rolex is wonderful, strong, more accurate, and will probably last longer, but I get more enjoyment of wearing the PAM.
