Response to no offense, but I don't understand

I love large watches, own half a dozen Panerai, a host of Brietlings above 41mm and even a few 45mm, 46mm and one 47mm. I am only 5'11" with a 7 1/2 " wrist - not a small man by any standards and enjoy watches of ALL sizes in my collection. While it is true that when you start getting into the real big watches, 44mm+, it is easy to and you will hear people say that they don't like their Rolex or other, what used to be large, wrist watches because you can easily get used to seeing a large format watch on your wrist but to me, its like adjusting to a 24hr dial or a regulator. Once you make the adjustment when first put on the wrist, you should still be able to appreciate a smaller case and face.
I own one 42mm Hamilton Khaki Navy GMT and although, I think the case should be a bit thicker to sit higher on my wrist, really like it and think it is one of those watches from a brand that is generally underated. I think I paid about $550 for an at the time $780 MSRP a few years ago and it keeps great time and has a unique look and functionality that fits in to my other military and divers theme. Definitely not a small watch! Learn to love all sizes and enhance your appreciation of even your larger watches. Just my .02.
