Direct from Ken Trading...

This is a real RXW. They should be launching soon. The quality and finishing is better than the mm20 IMHO.

A friend of mine bought the California, and its beautiful!

It has all box and papers from Ken Trading, Japan.

do not see it on Kens site yet, I assume to be coming shortly.
Have you seen the GMT version?
I noticed the lugs are fixed so it can only take a certain type of strap?

Thanks for the heads up.

mine just came in,

February 12 2008, 4:39 PM

hi, all my mm25 just came in, i bought both the california and gmt version.

got it from my secret agent in japan, was told that a total of 300 was produced for three models, limited production of 100 each for california dial, normal dial and gmt.

prepaid for them in november last year, just got them yesterday.

was produced for the japanese domestic market, and ken trading does not sell these models to international buyers via their japanese/english website.

i paid a premium to get them thru the "secret agent" as ken only sell these 3 models to international buyers thru his secret agent good friend. this agent was allocated 10 pcs for each model for the international mkt.

corrections: international order

February 12 2008, 5:14 PM

my source have confirmed:

1) total production of 300pcs

2) will be sold thru ken's website at a later date, but priced at above us$1000. i was told that the order form would be posted up at a later date.

with such limited numbers available, those interested might have to act super fast, before the fans snapped up everything.

MM-25 GMT Opinion

February 14 2008, 4:44 AM

I am interested in your opinion of GMT- is the cut - out dial stamped or laser cut? I'm interested in the watch, but I have seen some prototype pictures that seem to indicate the numbers are punched (as the edges of the numbers like 9 are curved as opposed to being flat)

Are you otherwise happy with the quality?

Apologies to the zillion people who wrote to me...

February 13 2008, 8:59 AM

Got this watch through a taiwanese friend who knows the "secret agent". From what I gather there are no stocks left of the 10 each, and that the watches will be made available through the Ken Trading site when they are ready to be sold.

Sorry for not replying individually to those who wrote to me.

Best Regards.

For those who were asking what is contained in the set...

February 14 2008, 6:53 PM

The watch comes with everything here except the Jurgen pilot strap that is on the watch.

The email address on the namecard inside is www.bluginza.com.

On the right is a picture of the 3 available models

I hope this finds itself useful for those who are interested in this watch.

Best Regards.
