The OEM Alligator strap is in 93% or so, and the deployant (deployment) clasp is pristine. The watch is flawless as well. As I mentioned, It has the cardboard box, the black outer box, and the wooden inner box, in addition to 2 years left on the warranty (warranty card included, of course), and the original receipt and exchange card for the jewelers the watch was purchased at.
