In about 90%, no box or papers. From 1969; the last two numbers stamped inside the case back are "69".
Don't know it's service history but the movement looks super clean; no rust either. crystal is scratch free. Sings of use throughout but no major deforming, deep marks. The caseback's sea horse is almost gone but can still be make out as the word "Speedmaster". Keeping great time and all chronograph functions zeroing in perfectly. The only thing to mention is that the reser button needs to be pressed rather hard; this is due to the new push piece gaskets that were installed recently.
