remember that 1 lb of fat is 3500 calories. So if you're in deficit 500 cals every day it's going to take a week to take a lb off.If you're in a deficit of 250 cals, it's going to take 2 weeks to take off 1 lb.

That may sound really long, but it will come off. It took you a while to put it on, it's going to take you a while to take it off! Angel
