"eat well" goal that you can meet? For me, it might be "I will eat one fruit and one vegetable every day," or, a more useful goal for me, actually, "I will not eat a full-on lunch or dinner if that is not what my body is truly needing . . . I will be OK if dinner is a baked potato and vegetables."
It's SO hard for me to realize that sometimes!
