and where things can be fixed next time. I think you've got a good handle on the situation. Here's an idea, write down exactly how your stomach felt, how you felt at 4am. You don't need to label it, keep it somewhere private but so you will see it again and be reminded. I for one, have too short of a memory, so as soon as I feel better it's gone!
