We went to the Van Morrison concert in Calgary and that was my excuse to fall off the wagon..I would imagine that I ate about 4000 calories yesterday (TWO run ins with unhealthy fast food.) So, today's 1500 calorie day doesn't look so bad. I definitely CANNOT eat fast food like I used to...I felt sick to my stomach all day..lesson learned? Maybe lol.
