today when I got home after a long stressful day and would have easily sunk back to old destructive habits if I hadn't kept my wits about me. Would have in the past ordered a pizza and eaten most of it singlehandedly...but I made this really yummy creation instead, honoring what my body wanted but in a healthy way....took 2 lo cal tortillas (only 50 cals each) and put on some sun dried tomatoes and roasted garlic and eggplant and some lo fat cheese, spreading out the ingredients equally on each of the 2 tortillas....put it in the toaster oven and it came out like 2!!!!!!!!!! delicious pizzas that were very filling but lo in cals and best of all that honored what my body really wanted...the flavor and taste sensations but without the added cals and grease of original pizza. Why can't I eat so healthily and satisfyingly every day, lol??? Love to you and everyone, Maaj
