Let's both try to do a little exercise every day, or at least 5 days a week! Even if you can only do a little, it's WAAY better than doing none. I can't begin to tell you how much better I felt after just 15 min. on the elliptical . . . felt so good I did the 5 min. cooldown after that, LOL!
I've been watching reruns of MacGyver on DVD to motivate myself -- love that man! He fixes EVERYTHING!
