The eating out piece is really hard. I eat out maybe 3x a week (m)by Tiger Rats (Login TigerRats)and this is what I've been doing: Sushi -- my standby. You can always eat sushi as long as you don't have rolls with tempura in them. Baja Fresh -- you can eat the Baja Ensalada. Have the dressing on the side and just dip your fork in it, Golden Door trick. Rubio's -- love the Health Mex Tacos -- you can have two easily, get the Mahi Mahi, they're the best! Subway -- all kinds of stuff you can eat there! Mimi's now has egg white omelettes, handy for breakfast TGIF has a "just right size" or something menu that you can eat from Appleby's has a WW menu Chili's has some healthy selections At a bistro, you can get a sandwich on regular bread or a french roll (not ciabatta or any of the heavier breads, nothing grilled and no paninni) and have them leave off the oil and mayo, and if necessary the cheese.
