Girlfriends........................by hollie (Login holliedu)Just wanted to share with you that my youngest brother, Danny, passed away this week. He was 41 yrs. old and had downs syndrome. He came back last Sat. from a camp for special needs children and we noticed he was breathing different. We took him to the hospital that day (Sat.) and he wasn't getting enough oxygen (numbers were like 64?). Things went fast. The drs. think he had pnemonia, which triggered other complications. He passed away Tues. afternoon. So we went from sitting in Mom's living room talking on Sat. to walking out of the hospital Tuesday.....without him. My poor Mom is in shock and we're real concerned about it. She just lost Dad from liver cancer, her and my sister battled breast cancer a year ago and now this. The funeral was Sat. and now we're trying to help Mom get settled. I just haven't had time to get on the computer but I wanted to let you all know.
