What can I do to minimize knee pain. It seems all I can do is walk...no jogging...running...anything like biking that involves circular motion is bad. I'm trying to use slower walking with raising the incline which seems to be working..but I'm worried I'm not getting enough of a cardio effect. How can I figure this out?
