Tigs, I've been gaining every week....................

at WW too! .4, .6, etc., etc.!!! So I went and got protein powder (natural herbs, etc.) and I mix it with no-fat skim milk in a mini blender. I was told to drink this 6X a day (meal, snack, meal, snack, meal, snack) WITH a fruit for 3 days. It is supposed to break your plateau. I'm going to give it a try.

I would like to tell you that it gets easier.....but it doesn't. You're just starting into that "phase" of your life. Hold on for the ride!! Just keep focused on eating "healthy" and it will help keep things in perspective. You don't want to get obsessed with the diet part of this.

You're a lot more active than me so you'll probably do fine. Just keep plugging! happy.gif
