Don't do what I did..................by hollie (Login holliedu)I had joined WW when I was in my early 20's. I had to lose at least 10lb. to become a "lifer" which according to their charts, I didn't need to lose 10lb. to be in my range. So I worked and worked and worked at it. Finally reached it and then thought that I could handle it myself after that and never did their maintence program. I gained it all back. Which wasn't alot but still.......! I was a size 10 at that time and went down to a 6. I could not maintain that weight. Not I'm 35 yrs. older (!!) and fighting the weight that comes with menopause and all the prescription medicines that older people often end up taking! I could just scream sometimes! I thought I was doing good but then my younger brother passed away and through all of that I just put it on. I don't remember eating anything that bad but there was a lot of ham (you know how everyone sends lunchmeat trays and ham in????) so I must be retaining my water. But I still have to get weighed and it will show a gain. I don't think I'm going to be able to do JUST protein drink for 3 days. So I'm going to use it as a meal substitute, which I've done before.
