Protein helps to stabilize your blood sugar and has often helped me (m)by Tiger Rats (Login TigerRats)avoid feeling tired and dragged out, or having cravings. For me, WW has been lower protein than I've eaten in the past. I used to tear through big slabs of salmon and chicken breast (two at a time!) with abandon, and subsist mainly on protein and vegetables. However this diet emphasizes high fiber low fat and I've been eating Vitamuffin Tops, WW yogurt with Fiber One, WW Smart ones entrees for lunch, various tortilla combinations with the LaTortilla factory tortillas that are 50 cal (enchiladas, quesadillas). It feels completely different but I have to say it works. I was unable to lose wt and now am very close to goal, feeling like it's possible. I do not want this progrss to slip away from me and will fight to keep it. I stress-eat and binge to deal with emotions, too, so those are my big challenges. I'm doing okay! I'm so proud of you for not giving up! Let's stick with it and see this thing through for our health. I keep reminding myself I have to stay healthy for my kids!
