Thank you so much! This was all very helpfulby (Login schoolraider)
Yes, it is very wonderful to be smaller/lighter. I can run up and down the stairs again...good thing since I am doing the clean sweeping of the lower level to get ready for my aunt to move in. I put on a size 12 shirt today!! I had a bunch of size 12 shirts that I washed up hoping something would fit. Yay! I usually lose weight in my upper torso first so that is progress anyway. I use my big shirts for exercize and sleeping in now.
I feel more like myself if that makes sense. Tomorrow I'm getting a shorter haircut again like I used to wear only updated. My son is coming along to get his haircut too and maybe a massage at the spa LOL! This is a little place full of very nice people with really reasonable costs. Our hairdresser is wonderful with my son! So we both enjoy our day out there even though it is long with my hair coloring.
I've got a ways to go yet, but I should be at my goal weight by about Christmas or New Year's Day. Something to look forward to especially since this will be my 25 year wedding anniversary also on Dec 29.
But what I'm most looking forward to is my retake on the bloodtests and blood pressure in September. I am hoping everything will be back within a good range again. I feel so much better now I'm pretty motivated to maintain my dietary changes just because I feel better if nothing else.
Back to the kitchen and cleaning! Laters all!
