I find that is might be thist...by Gypsy (Login dreamin_in_blue)Sometimes if I haven't had enough water during the day, I might think I am hungry at night. I drink a glass of water and wait 20 minutes to see if I am still feeling empty or not. If so, then I go over what I have had to eat all day and sometimes I don't get enough protein in. So, I keep hard boiled eggs on hand and if I am truly hungry, I make sure what I eat is protein and not simple carbs. Also try to stay away from sugar. As you probably already know, it only makes you want more.
I love Tigs answer too. Sometimes we just have too much going on and need to wind down.
Hang in there. This is do-able.
