I am eating too much....even if it is healthy food. I am having too much of it. Yes, I exercise like an insane person so I should be losing ...But, my body is used to a lot of exercise so I think it has just adjusted to it. I think I am going to have to try walking some in the morning and again in the afternoon instead of mostly doing it only in the mornings. I know my metabolism stays sped up for awhile after I stop walking so I need to do more of it later in the day to bump it back up there again. Not go home and lay around the rest of the day.
Just a bump in the road. I'm in 4 wheel drive so I'll get past it!! Jude
