Down 2# this week, so I am going to stick to what works for me and not feel like I HAVE to eat what dh eats. Thing is, I don't even particularly like meat any more. Fish and shellfish are ok, but land meat......NOPE! I feel so much better when I don't eat meat, so I don't know why I even bother with it. As far as the difference between Greek yogurt and a smoothie is berries are always a better choice than bananas, which are super high in fructose and don't have as much fiber in them as berries. I always make my smoothies with a banana. That's why the yogurt is a better choice for me. The protein is about the same since I use soy protein, but that banana makes a huge difference. Just sayin'
