A serving is two tablespoonsful and is 45 calories, compared to two tablespoosful of regular Peanut Butter being 200 calories.
When reconstituting it, let it sit for a couple of minutes to reabsorb the liquid more for a smoother peanut butter.
It is expensive, compared to regular, but it goes a long way and I don't feel so guilty having it like I would the regular. Judy
ps. I have seen other brands of powdered peanut butter in health food stores. I have only tried the PB2 and got mine online. My WW leader says she has used it for years.
