Have gotten myself back on track and am continuing to develop strategies for dealing with cravings.
Diet cocoa, sugar free hard candies, and the occasional frozen yogurt or Arctic Zero have been helpful in the past.
I also realized I can make myself a small shake like a pumpkin shake with almond milk and protein powder and it can be a filling, sweet snack.
So I am continuing to try to strategize for success.
How are you doing with motivation?
