I'm doing better

I'm doing the Simply Filling part of WW for a week to kick start myself again.
It is where you only eat the Green triangle marked Power Foods. No weighing or measuring portions. You can have all you want of them. A little more restricting in food choices, but it will get me away from sugar and back to high fiber, high protein and longer lasting fullness feeling.
It has already helped get a few pounds off me.
Getting back to my weekly meetings at WW since my traveling has helped, too. Along with the encouragement from you all.
I have my daily smoothies to fill my sweet tooth , when needed. They are completely Power Food on WW. Nonfat Milk, frozen fruit and a packet of splenda if the fruit isn't enough sweetness. I find the longer I go without any sugar the less sweet taste I need with fruit.
I also use fat free, plain greek yogurt with a packet of splenda and a teaspoon of hershey's baking cocoa powder as an evening snack if I want something smooth and pudding like. Greek yogurt has a higher protein content than regular yogurt, so should stick with me longer to feel satisfied.
So I have my "treats" that are healthy.
I also have a good supply of fresh apples and veggies for something to grab anytime.
So I am back on track, I think. Thanks for your suggestions.
