What's helping me the most now -- water, and aerobic exercise (m)by Tiger Rats (Login TigerRats)
I looked back at the post where I detailed the things I was doing that were helping, and took note of them.
I've been thinking about self-talk, the things I say to myself in my head, and also about getting enough sleep -- and rest -- rest being sometimes separate from sleep.
Finally I am making progress again!
And what's helping is drinking more water -- in baby steps -- not perfect, just making an effort -- and adding more aerobic exercise -- getting back on the elliptical and the stair climber.
I've also added back weights, just twice a week, plus keeping with my pilates and it's making a difference.
My jeans fit better this morning, yay! Less muffin top!
