I just bought a 1077 from my friend for only $10!!!!! but it has a little rust on the barrel , Not alot though little specks, i was woundering how to fix that?
Also it dosnt have the magazine or any clips and i wanted to know where i can get them.also i wanted to know if i can put a GAMO 3-7X20 IR scope on my 1077. thanks.

and how severe? if the bore is pitted, replace it. light surface rust can be dealt with by a couple passes with a bore brush and cleaner, BTW remove the barrel from and gun and dry thoroughly before reassembling.

external rust is no biggie, just lightly sand and polish it away, 600 grit would be a good start.

well if its rust and it ont the outseid of the barrel u can use some wd-40 lighly spray, scrub rally hard and good with rag, riunse throughly and put a light coat of greese on it for a few days. that will cure it and kepp it clean! And if you got bare spots you can re bluiw the barrel as well with a nice cold blue from a guns store.
