| I need some serious help here. There are some different types of pellets out there: domed, flat, point. I bought some flat-head pellets and I was wondering if anyone knows if these are decent hunting pellets? Should I buy pointed ones? I'm so confused. Thank you anyone who read this message.... |

well ryan flatheads are good for birds but if you want to take something bigger go with pointed pellets. i tend to stay away from all crosman pellets they cause a lot of lead fouling in the barrel . the best pellets ive found so far are rws h-points. there really good for small game there hollow points and expand perfectly. there light so theres barely any drop in fps. gamo hunters these are great for rabbit head shots there heavy and acurate. they cause great shock power to any small game and if they dont penatrate the shock will still kill them. rws superdome the same as gamo hunters but heavier than hunters.
ps its best to try all different pellets.
