4x32 scope will mean its a 4 times magnification and 32 mm objective lens.
a 4x12x32 would mean the scope is adjustable from 4-12 times mag and has a 32mm objective.
If scope will be for a airgun you will want a adjustable objective(lens on front of scope will have numbers and rotate)
